MSPI is a family owned and operated business. Our team provides dependable repair, renovation, and property maintenance services throughout Northern Colorado. Michael and Lindsey are a husband and wife team with over 45 years of collective experience. They discovered their love for the work while renovating their 1880 farmhouse together, and also realized what a great team they make! After finishing the house (selling after 2 days on the market!) and moving back to Lindsey's home state of Colorado, they realized they missed the work they had been doing and started offering their services to friends and family that needed help. Thus Mountain Sage Property Improvement was born! Michael does the dirty work and Lindsey does the finishing. They both have an eye for and obsession with detail, and put in the extra effort to make sure that their work is done well, with care.
